Right maintenance on wooden furniture

The kind of maintenance that you will extend on the pieces of furniture will depend on the kind of design and construction that was used. If the piece of furniture is made to be use outdoors, then it is okay to leave the furniture pieces outdoors under direct heat from the sun. But if not, try keeping it away from direct heat. And aside from heat, you need to be aware of the fact that the amount of moisture in the air can affect the wooden furniture. Too much moisture coming from the air will affect the wooden furniture and may affect the finish of the wood-based piece. You need to be aware of the fact that the wood and the organic materials will usually respond to the changes in the relative humidity and these materials will also respond to the expanding and the contracting as the materials often maintains its equilibrium with the environment.
